The Guillo Contracting Corporation was founded by Paul R. Guillo in 1970. Over the first years of business Paul put past experience to use and began excavating swimming pools for other pool companies. Our equipment consisted of one small dump truck and a backhoe. We then started excavation and drainage work for outside contractors for which we had to purchase two tracked loaders. By 1980 we started our own pool construction division which specialized in vinyl swimming pools.

The swimming pool division then took front stage for several years due to its success. A 10-wheel dump truck was our next addition to keep up with the workload. We then advanced into gunite swimming pool construction and swimming pool maintenance and repair. Later in the 80's and into the early 90's the excavation division of the company once again began to flourish. As the amount of work continued to grow so did the amount of equipment we owned. Our job sites continued to have an overflow of materials including topsoil, fill, sand, and brush. Faced with the obstacle of what to do with all of the excess material our recycling and materials yard developed. With all of the material that was produced and demands for new materials our trucking division was introduced. We now own a fleet of trucks from small 6-wheel dumps to tractor trailers. The Guillo Contracting Corporation only continues to grow; our two newest divisions are Guillo Masonry and Guillo Roll-Off Service.

Our resourcefulness throughout the years has assisted in our continual expansion. We have been able to stay on top because of our determination, quality workmanship, and the ability to continually satisfy our clientele.
In 2006, after 17 years of hard work, determination and continual expansion, Paul W. Guillo purchased all divisions of Guillo Contracting and Guillo Enterprises. As we continue to grow throughout all divisions of our company we guarantee quality, efficiency and complete satisfaction to all clients.
